What is Your Worth?

What is going on when we feel unsure of our value and our worth? What is going on when we worry about our image and our self-image?

These are questions people commonly ask.  As an intuitive, when we feel this way, I see that we have lost connection with ourselves.  We are outwardly focused on people and places. and things. We cannot find ourselves out there.

We ask these questions when we have lost awareness of who we are at our core.  The word “core” primarily comes from Old French coeur (heart), which comes from Latin cor (heart), signifying the innermost part of something.

You could say you lost connection with your heart or your heart chakra, your center, your core.   When we are connecting with who we are at our core, we are also aware of our original essence and who we are as a spirit in a body.

How we experience our worth and our value comes from there.  Our image and self-image are a reflection of this essence.

To get back to the place where we know our value, our worth and own our self-image, begin by going withing and find yourself there.

Next steps: Make time daily for quiet meditation or simply to relax and quiet the body.

Close your eyes.

Feel connected to the earth.

Come out of your thoughts.  Stop thinking.  The answer to your question is not logical.

Bring your attention back to yourself.

Be more quiet. Go within.

Bring your attention to your heart, and know and listen to yourself there.

Ask your questions there, then quietly learn to listen.

When you come out of meditation, do not go back to your old way of being or thinking. Let your awareness be in a new place. Allow yourself to be more conscious and aware in the present time.

Knowingness – An Intuitive Ability

No caption available

If you search “knowingness” online, you will read that this is claiming to have knowledge without facts.  Another definition is knowledge from learning.   A spiritual and intuitive reference to knowingness is neither of these.

Knowingness is the ability to just know.  We have all had this experience, thus the common phrase, “I knew that would happen!” as if we are surprised by our ability to know.

Knowingness is often associated with a function of the crown or seventh chakra.  While that is true, when we experience knowingness, it may also include clear seeing or the sixth chakra and our clairaudience or 5th chakra. One does not need to know the chakra system or how it all works to experience knowingness.

Accessing our knowingness helps us be clearer, have better insights, access all our information, to tell the truth from a lie, and make better assessments.

To access our knowingness, the body needs to be quiet.  The body is loud and demanding.  Start with meditation to quiet the body.

To access our knowingness, we must also stop thinking.  Knowingness is not logical, so thinking gets in the way.  Start with meditation to come out of your thoughts.

To access your knowingness, be in meditation, quiet the body, clear your thinking, and focus on yourself.  Bring your attention to the center of your head, taking your attention off everything and everyone outside of you.

Bring your energy from the lower chakras to your upper chakras.  You do not need to know the chakra system to do this.  Use your intuition.  Meditate on yourself.

Be aware of your crown chakra at the top of your head.  Stay quiet.   Be aware of what you feel, what is on your mind, and what you are aware of.

Meditate regularly, and you will find your knowingness.   All your answers are within you.

What To Care About

As a coach, consultant and an intuitive:

I care that you are on your path.

I care that you are grounded in your work, your body and your relationships.

I care that you know that you do not have to work hard to get what you want in your work and in your life.

I care that you are well in body, mind and spirit.

I care that you know yourself and the god of your heart.

I care that you know yourself and your goals from your core.

I care that you do what you value and that what you do has value.

I care that what you do feeds your passion.

I care that you are using your intuition because not everything is logical.

I care that you know you are a creator and that nothing is impossible.

Sacred in Everything

Our truth is at our core.  It is not what we have been taught but knowledge that we bring with us from our incarnational experiences – our soul’s knowledge.  Our challenge is to bring this knowing forth into our lives and not forget who we are at our core.

When we incarnate in a body, we join with the earth in a sacred agreement to experience our spirit in this body in this lifetime.  We must not forget this agreement for the sake of each other and for the sake of the earth.

The problem is we keep going unconscious to who we are at our core and get lost in the distractions of the world.  When we are unconscious we lose touch with what is sacred in us, in each other and the earth.  We just need to listen to our soul.  To find a space of quiet, quieting the body and clearing our thinking, then go within to our core and listen to our soul.

We are in desperate need of remembering who we are at our core and our relationship to all of life.   A paradigm shift is needed and its start with each of us.  We must bring together the physical and the spiritual, earth and heaven, human and divine, to bring us all back to a sacred place.

All life comes from the union of the masculine and the feminine so both the masculine and the feminine are equally sacred regardless of race, nationality, politics or religion. All life is equally sacred with human life.  How will things be different when we awaken to the sacred light in everything?   Our truth is at our core so go within and listen to your soul.
